This year’s first major red carpet event of the year, Golden Globes 2012 was all about cleavages and sexy backs from the actresses that stepped in dressed in famous designer’s creations.

As every actress wanted to do her best in the matter of fashion let’s see who made a great impression and who didn’t.

Charlize Theron chose nude Dior dress, which looked splendid on the blonde beauty, and all along with her hair and embellished headband she was perfect.

Jessica Alba was perfect as always in a stylish and elegant Gucci dress, flaunting a perfect figure after giving birth to her second daughter.

Last year winner of a Golden Globe for her outstanding role in the Black Swan, Natalie Portman was a vision in a pink Lanvin gown with little accessories and I can say that she has never looked better. Nice one, Natalie!

Angelina Jolie looked absolutely radiant, like a goddess on this year Golden Globes red carpet, matching part of her satin Atelier Versace dress with bright  red lipstick with and a simple red clutch. Good to see you wearing some color Angelina!

Sofia Vergara gave us a lesson of great looking in a navy blue mermaid gown by Vera Weng.

On the other side, we had some big fashion disasters on the red carpet. Check out below some uninspired outfits from Sarah Michelle Gellar, Piper Perabo and Kelly Osbourne.
